Fruits and vegetables are a BIG part of Shelly’s diet now.

Ms. Shelly is sticking to the program. She realizes how good health really feels; you sleep all night, have more energy and you can trust your body!

Shelly went to bed at 8:30 last night. She is creating a new habit that will yield many dividends in the future; sleep. Our bodies need rest. Many people avoid this health habit and stress their immune system. It is one of the best health habits you can ever have. It’s cheap, it’s affective and it’s safe. Try it!

Job 4: 3 Behold, thou hast instructed many, and thou hast strengthened the weak hands. 4 Thy words have upholden him that was falling, and thou hast strengthened the feeble knees.
