I discussed infertility recently with a beautiful young lady. She and her husband have not been able to have children. She has sought help from an infertility doctor. I asked her if the doctor ever asked her what her diet was. I was not surprised then she said he has not asked her about her diet.
I’m not a doctor and I don’t know the first thing about infertility. But I know nutrition. I’m sure her doctor is very skillful and sincere but it could be possible that he is “sincerely wrong”.
According to Selene Yeager and the Editors of Prevention Health Books in The Doctors Book of Food Remedies indicated regarding infertility:
There are several common habits that interfere with the ability of a couple to conceive:
1. Caffeine, or at least the drinking of 5 cups of coffee in the day, reduced the likelihood of conceiving by 2 1/2 times in women.
2. Women who drank more than 1 drink per day were 60% more likely to be infertile, and 1 drink a day reduced the likelihood by 30%.
3. Sperm motility in men is influenced by zinc. That’s why Casanova had oysters before amour.
4. Vitamin C, 1,000 mg per day, improved sperm numbers that were viable and helped the sperm ‘pick up speed.’ Vitamin C is especially important if the man is a smoker.
I believe the body is such a miracle and if it can become healthy through nutrition, exercise and rest, it can be the miracle that it was intended to be. Stan Gardner, MD said, “The possible causes of infertility are legion, but it is a shame if simple healthy measures that could make a difference are ignored.”
I’ve seen so many people experience substantial health gain by just consuming a healthy organic diet with the consumption of Isagenix® super food. When you boost your body’s immune system then it can become the miracle.
