Harvest Fall Protein Shake

I swear by this shake! I’ve fueled my  body with this shake for over 7 years and all 10 of my Ironman Triathlons. My strength coach can’t believe I’m not sore the next day after he kills me. That’s a testament to protein produced by the New Zealand  grass-fed cows  which are free of hormones or antibiotics.  This protein provides a superior branched-chain amino acid profile (see below).

Recipe

Mix in a blender
Combined 6-8 oz of purified water/ice.
2 scoops  Isagenix Vanilla IsaLean Shake
1 scoop Isagenix Vanilla IsaPro Whey protein
1 banana
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree (canned is good also)
1/3 cup Thompson seedless raisins
Cinnamon spice to taste

Blend until ice is crushed. Enjoy!
