1 Cucumber (mine weighted 4.25 oz)

1 tbs of hummus

1 bag of Isagenix Whey Thins (Sour Cream and Chive)

Slice the cucumber in about 12-14 slices

Put a small amount of hummus on each slice

Place a Whey Thin on top!
