Jill-before-and-afterJill B, Ogden, Ut has 24 before photos and no after photos because she was a professional dieter. After being turned down as finalist on the biggest loser, her friend RaQuett finally convinced Jill to give her program a try. As you can see Jill’s results are stunning, losing 131 lbs and 144 inches during her journey.

Below is the general plan she followed to achieve these results. The time frame to gain her results may not be applicable to you and will not be disclosed here. During a personal consultation with you I’d be able to give you an idea of what to expect for safe and permanent weight loss.

Nutrition

She followed the Isagenix 30-day Cleansing and Fat Burning System for approximately 68 of her 90 monthly meals. She did 4-6 nutritional cleanse days per month. Outside of the Isagenix system she followed much of my dozen plus one food rules.

She supplmented using the Isagenix Essential with Product B daily AM/PM pack.

Exercise

Jill worked out 4-6 hours per week. She did general cardio, strength and core routines.

Sleep

Jill finally was able to get adequate sleep during her journey. She used the Isagenix Sleep spray to improve her deep sleep. She got 6-8 hours of daily sleep.
