Did Leanne seek a monk? Did she go to a health clinic on an island?
Did Leanne eat some magic beans?
No. But she did make a choice.
Leanne K from Calgary, Canada said yes to her friend and decided to give a new way to eat a try. You can tell her transformation was stunning!
In Her Own Words
I lost 30 lbs with my trainer, and I started with a 9-Day Deep Cleansing and Fat-Burning System™ but then didn’t do any Isagenix products for many months. I hit a plateau at the 30 lbs loss. I trained 3-days a week with weights and 30-45 minutes of cardio by just walking on treadmill. Then my trainer suggested I enter the Isabody Challenge and that’s when the game changed for me.
I wanted to get in elite shape. I tweaked my diet, we incorporated IsaLean Pro post workout, and IsaPro. I often did 2 shakes a day. I did a Cleanse Day once every two weeks. I took Ageless Essentials with Product B. Outside of that, I ate 4+ meals a day of protein, greens, fats and limited carbs (always good carbs). I did this for about 3 months, then we tweaked it again. I weight trained 4 times per week and did 90 -100 mins of HIIT cardio a day x 6 days a week. This was all to win the Isabody Challenge. I didn’t win, but came in top 6 and I achieved the elite level of fitness that I wanted. So over the course of 6+ months, I lost 60 lbs but the real physical transformation came in the last 3 months when we incorporated IsaLean Pro, IsaPro, Cleanse, Vitamins and I took extra fats (Omegas) up to 12 per day.
Now to maintain my body, I generally have an IsaLean Pro post weight workout, I use vitamins every day, I take Ionix Supreme on workout days and I usually do a cleanse day every other week. I don’t work out now as intensely as I did to finish the challenge. I do workout 6 days a week, but only doing 45 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and I do weights 3 days a week. I have managed to maintain very close to my goal physique, fluctuating up and down by 10 lbs, which is really easy to manage and get off very quickly when I need to.
