  1. Michael, thank you for an insightful discussion of this horrific trend. I have shared it on my page in the hope that others will take it as seriously as we do. I have lost students to suicide, but there are bright moments when friends intervene and tell someone. When that happens, help can be given and lives can be saved. Sometimes it’s a matter of time. Extra time can add a new perspective on an overwhelming problem. Again, thanks.

    1. We live in a society that doesn’t talk about emotional topics. Children especially need that. We all have shame and if we don’t talk about it the shame has power over us. Shame can’t survive in the light.
