I started to detox my body in 2006 by cleansing and fasting. I’ve been doing this for 12 years. It’s become a habit and I feel way better than at any time in my life.
In the short video, I go into some detail about how to both cleanse and fast. Below the video, I recommend a product and protocol.
Do you suffer from brain fog, tiredness or no pep in your life?
Did you know that environmental toxins find there way into your body from the food you eat (pesticides, antibiotics, and hormones), the water you drink and bathe
My blog titled, The No. 1 FREE Hack to Increase the Human Growth Hormone for Better Health, you learned that Fasting is the best way to increase your HGH. It’s better than injections.
Today let’s go over the No. 2 best way to increase the HGH and when combined, you have a powerful activator of one of the best health hormones in your body.
From Bulletproof’s blog we learn;
Resistance training develops your brain, detoxes your body, and builds your physique
As the name suggests, resistance training puts your muscles up against a force that resists movement – think weightlifting, kettlebell training, and bodyweight workouts. Resistance training is typically brief and intense, driving your muscles to generate force from ATP stores instead of relying on oxygen.
Did your science teacher ever say, “Just because you can’t see them doesn’t mean they don’t exist.” In a landmark study done by the Environment Working Group in 2005 they found in 10 random births had over 287 toxic chemicals in the group and 180 cause cancer in humans or animals, 217 are toxic to the brain and nervous system, and 208 cause birth defects or abnormal development in animal tests.
Of the 287 chemicals we detected in umbilical cord blood, we know that 180 cause cancer in humans or animals, 217 are toxic to the brain and nervous system, and 208 cause birth defects or abnormal development in animal tests.
A BENCHMARK INVESTIGATION OF INDUSTRIAL CHEMICALS, POLLUTANTS AND PESTICIDES IN UMBILICAL CORD BLOOD
Environmental Working Group (EWG), July 14, 2005
Summary. In the month leading up to a baby’s birth, the umbilical cord pulses with the equivalent of at least 300 quarts of blood each day, pumped back and forth from the nutrient- and oxygen-rich placenta to the rapidly growing child cradled in a sac of amniotic fluid. This cord is a lifeline between mother and baby, bearing nutrients that sustain life and propel growth.
Did Leanne seek a monk? Did she go to a health clinic on an island?
Did Leanne eat some magic beans?
No. But she did make a choice.
Leanne K from Calgary, Canada said yes to her friend and decided to give a new way to eat a try. You can tell her transformation was stunning!
In Her Own Words
I lost 30 lbs with my trainer, and I started with a 9-Day Deep Cleansing and Fat-Burning System™ but then didn’t do any Isagenix products for many months. I hit a plateau at the 30 lbs loss. I trained 3-days a week with weights and 30-45 minutes of cardio by just walking on treadmill. Then my trainer suggested I enter the Isabody Challenge and that’s when the game changed for me.
I wanted to get in elite shape. I tweaked my diet, we incorporated IsaLean Pro post workout, and IsaPro. I often did 2 shakes a day. I did a Cleanse Day once every two weeks. I took Ageless Essentials with Product B. Outside of that, I ate 4+ meals a day of protein, greens, fats and limited carbs (always good carbs). I did this for about 3 months, then we tweaked it again. I weight trained 4 times per week and did 90 -100 mins of HIIT cardio a day x 6 days a week. This was all to win the Isabody Challenge. I didn’t win, but came in top 6 and I achieved the elite level of fitness that I wanted. So over the course of 6+ months, I lost 60 lbs but the real physical transformation came in the last 3 months when we incorporated IsaLean Pro, IsaPro, Cleanse, Vitamins and I took extra fats (Omegas) up to 12 per day.
Now to maintain my body, I generally have an IsaLean Pro post weight workout, I use vitamins every day, I take Ionix Supreme on workout days and I usually do a cleanse day every other week. I don’t work out now as intensely as I did to finish the challenge. I do workout 6 days a week, but only doing 45 minutes of cardio 6 days a week and I do weights 3 days a week. I have managed to maintain very close to my goal physique, fluctuating up and down by 10 lbs, which is really easy to manage and get off very quickly when I need to.
Jill B, Ogden, Ut has 24 before photos and no after photos because she was a professional dieter. After being turned down as finalist on the biggest loser, her friend RaQuett finally convinced Jill to give her program a try. As you can see Jill’s results are stunning, losing 131 lbs and 144 inches during her journey.
Below is the general plan she followed to achieve these results. The time frame to gain her results may not be applicable to you and will not be disclosed here. During a personal consultation with you I’d be able to give you an idea of what to expect for safe and permanent weight loss.
She followed the Isagenix 30-day Cleansing and Fat Burning System for approximately 68 of her 90 monthly meals. She did 4-6 nutritional cleanse days per month. Outside of the Isagenix system she followed much of my dozen plus one food rules.
She supplmented using the Isagenix Essential with Product B daily AM/PM pack.
Jill worked out 4-6 hours per week. She did general cardio, strength and core routines.
Jill finally was able to get adequate sleep during her journey. She used the Isagenix Sleep spray to improve her deep sleep. She got 6-8 hours of daily sleep.
